My MBA is...
❝ My MBA is intense:the rhythms are unbelievableand as long as you don't liveit you cannot realize howintense it is.
It's enriching and it’s global: you learn a lot and you meet peoplefrom all around the world. It’s tough:due to my background I had noexperience in most of the subjects. However, professors are reallycompetent and helpful, so I couldovercome these difficulties. It is as if we are a big family wherenobody is left behind and one is helpful to the other.I think that in a way we discovered again the real meaning of friendship, honesty, support.
Tanya BuhnikMBA 2009 | Nationality: Italian
❝ My MBA is very intense, quite challenging andcolourful. Intense because the classwork has been a lot. Challenging in terms
of time management: it’s very difficult to balance the classwork with extracurricular activities. And I’d say it’s colourful because the experience covers the entire range of the spectrum of the rainbowin terms of colours...
Alexander RoccaMBA 2009 | Nationality: U.S.

That is why I believe in the value of a community and in networking as being almost strategic for a manager. Bocconi Alumni is today a well established Association and a valuable community that ranks together with top international business schools. Its network is useful to its members and to the School, providing companies and institutions with the necessary tools to be able to create true business value.

❝ Our project consisted of a market study on the Italian spinal implant market. We had to segment the market, discover its trends and also do some research into the market potential of a new product launched by the client. The most stimulating part of the assignmentwas conducting face to face interviews with Italian neurosurgeonsand radiologists all across Lombardy. We were three in our project team: one Italian, one exchange student from India and myself. It was challenging and exciting to work withsuch diversity in an industry none of us hadprevious knowledge of.
