MilkMilk is important for growing strong bones and teeth.

tip: Give kids a glass of milk with breakfast every morning!

sugary drinksDrinking too many drinks high in sugar can lead to:

• Tooth decay

• Weight gain

Being overweight can contribute to:

• Heart Disease

• Diabetes

• Other Chronic Diseases

Children will be less likely to choose healthy drinks like water and milk if you always offer sugary drinks.

Choose sugar free soft drinks.** diet and sugar free drinks also increase risk of tooth decay as they still contain acids which can damage teeth.
