Mill View Close Newsletter | Autumn 2015

We have spoken to Powys CC about this matter. They have agreed to empty a bin, if we agree to pay for one to be sited on Mill View Close.

A bin has been ordered. It can be used for both bagged dog pooh and for general litter.

Dog mess

Poor lighting updateIn our last newsletter we reported that:

• The communal lighting in the flats was to be upgraded this autumn.

• We had written to those residents most severely affected to offer to install door lights with PIR sensors.

Other newsFootpath

We have been advised that there are rumours doing the rounds that we intend to close off the footpath leading to Goylands Close. We are not.

For more information contact Gareth Hughes, Housing Officer on:07917 765782 or email [email protected]

Trees

Work on pruning those trees on site which need pruning will be completed shortly.

We have written to those residents affected confirming work should start on 4th January 2016.

We did this, and these have been installed for those residents who took us up on the offer.
