What’s Missing?

Edublogs has a presence on

Twitter.

Not having a presence on either Facebook or MySpace means Edublogs is failing to reach many teens and young adults. Research shows that particular demographic has snubbed Twitter.

Edublogs could capture the attention of different audiences by producing videos and podcasts aimed at various users.

Why not use all of these mediums? They work so well together!

Superfluous Information

The buttons across the top of the page link visitors to all of the information that they could possibly need to find.

The Help and Support topics and Latest News not only have a dedicated page, but they appear at the bottom of the Features page as well. This could possibly lead to slight confusion if I am trying to navigate back to the exact page where I found the information.

What Needs Improvement?

This guide takes the user to a page that lists the features of each blog. It would be easier for the consumer if this information was in a side-by-side comparison chart.

I was expecting the categories of blogs to be hyperlinked. This would just give consumers one more way to get to the page they are searching for.
