I. General Information

1.This A ppended Document details pr ocedures f or Autocross f ormats f or the M iniFBM Series.

II. Definitions

1. Qualifying Session

a) A sessi on to be held to set the f ield for split into heats.b)Qualification will be i n the f orm of one o ut lap, and two hot laps. Fastest Hot lap counts

for the r esult. One att empt only.

2.Heat Race

a) A session to be h eld to set the f ield for split into Main Races.

b)Each Heat race will have 5 cars, and run for 8 racing laps af ter one p ace lap.

3.Main Race

a)A session to be held to determine finishing results of the e vent.b)The A Main is t he final race. M ains B through E are elimination heats

c)A Mains ar e 40 laps, after on e pace lap. M ains B through D are 2 0 laps, after one p ace

lap. E Mains ar e 1 5 l aps, after one p ace lap.

1. In the event more than 15 cars ar e transferred to the E Main, only t he fastest 15

from qualifying will take part.

III. Heat Races

1.After Qualifying, all drivers w ill be assigned to a heat r ace.2.Each heat r ace will have 5 cars. The split will split all qualified cars i nto groups o f five from

the q ualifying order.

3.Based on finish position in the h eat race, advancements will be m ade t o the M ain Races.

a)Winner advances to the A Main

b)Second place ad vances to the B Main

c)Third and Fourth places advance to the C Main

d)Fifth place a dvances t o the D Main.4. The S afety C ar will not be u sed at any p oint in the Heat races af ter the st art. A car which

flips sh ould telepit.

IV. Setting the Fi eld Explained Graphically

1. This exp lanation will be based off of an attendance o f 30 racers.

2.From the qualifying Results, drivers w ill be split as su ch from the qualifying results:

a)9 x 2 0% = 1.8 = 1 t ransfer from D Main.

b)9 x 30 % = 2.7 = 2 t ransfer from C Main.c)1 + 2 = 3; 9 3 = 5 1 = 4 t ransfer from B Main.

d)The remaining position is f illed by t he winner of the E Main.

VI. Points Assignments

1. All drivers w ho attend the r ound will get p oints, per t he Fe ature Race scale.

2. From the Fe ature R ace S cale, A Main participants w ill be a warded points from positions 1-

15 on the scal e.

3.Drivers w ho fail to qualify f or the A Main will be sort ed by b est E-Main lap, and given pointsfrom positions 16- 30 o n the scal e.

4.Drivers w ho fail to qualify f or the E Main will each be g iven points f or finishing 30 th

position.

5.The fastest driver in qualifying will earn the pole position bonus p oint.

6.Any driver who wins a he at race w ill earn 1 b onus po int.

7. Any d river who wins a B, C, D or E main will earn 2 bonus p oints.

8.The Most Laps Led bonus w ill go to the d river who leads t he m ost laps of the A Main.
