Case 7: 75 years old man with anemia of 6 months duration . Lastly diagnosed as bleeding colonic cancer in the ascending colon It was about 15cm in diameter& images has shown ascites &

hepatic secondaries . Palliative resection was done through an 8cm grid iron incision

With primary end to end anastomosis. The mass was fumigating to the peritoneal cavity . Operative staging T4 N2 M1 . Histopathology poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma.
