The Chairperson, Mr Sulhi, start the meeting by greeting the staff and calling the meeting to order

2.0 MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING

There is no correction/amendments on the last minutes of previous meeting on 2nd October 2015.

The minutes of the previous meeting dated 2nd October 2014 was proposed by Mr Faris and seconded by Mr Noramizan

3.0 MATTERS ARISING

3.1 Venue for Lunch TreatMr Faris, the person-in-charge suggested three venues for the lunch treat, Nando's, Old Town White Coffee and Pizza Hut. The members voted Nando's as the venue for the lunch treat

4.0 SPECIAL BUSINESS

4.1 New productThe Staff did not agree with the colour with the new product presented by Mr Zainul. The staff requesting for colour choices for the new product as the product is focusing for the youngster generation.

5.1 Debate ClubThe Debate Club is open for registration for everyone. The meeting will be Held every Monday from 4 to 5.30 p.m. here in Language Lab 2
