Versatile PerformerWith one chassis and four interchangeable scrub decks toselect from, the CP 2832 Complete Package AutomaticScrubber provides four model choices in one machine.Adaptable to meet your cleaning needs, the CP 2832 isavailable with two sizes of interchangeable scrub decks in28” or 32” coverage, disc or cylindrical, and optionalaccessories. Constructed of a steel frame and rotationally-molded polyethylene tanks and bumpers, the CP 2832 isbuilt to last. The CP 2832 is ergonomically designed foroperator comfort and ease of use with one button scrub-smart control and an excellent line of sight due to its lowprofile. With outstanding maneuverability and standardlarge pneumatic studded tires , the CP 2832 can make aneffortless turn on its own axis while recovering alldispensed water.

Control PanelThe CP 2832’s control panel has five easy to under-stand icons, operated with the turn of a selector switch.A one-touch, directional lever, controls forward andreverse operation. The LED battery gauge lets theoperator know when the batteries need to be charged.

The Minuteman PowerBoss CP 2832 Scrubber is designedfor operator comfort, safety and efficiency. User-friendlycontrol panels and "comfort zone" hand bails areconvenient, easy and safe to use. The hand bails allow theoperator to hold the handle at any position, reducinghand fatigue. Due to the low profile design, the operatorhas an excellent line of sight to the floor in front of themachine. The CP 2832 reduces operator fatigue andprovides maximum maneuverability and cleaning efficiency.

Safety and TechnologyThe CP 2832 is equipped with a "belly bar" that preventsthe operator from being pinned behind the machinewhen in the reverse mode. Also standard is a color codedLED battery gauge that will let the operator know if anyerror code faults are coming from the on-board computer.This helps pinpoint any problem for easy and quick repair.

Rear Squeegee AssemblyThe squeegee assembly utilizes a break-away design incase of impact. Removal of the assembly and the bladesrequires no tools and is quick and simple. The squeegee isself-tracking and picks up all dispensed water on everyturn. The squeegee assembly automatically lowers whenthe machine is moving forward and raises automaticallyin reverse. Two caster wheels adjust to provide uniformblade deflection. The pitch of the assembly is also easilyadjusted with a turnbuckle system. The front squeegeeblade features a slotted and non-slotted blade for use ondifferent floor types. The rear squeegee blade is four-sidedfor maximum extended use.

Maneuverability

In both systems, the brushes are computer controlled to follow the contour of the floor. The operator controls thetwo brush pressure settings from the control panel. Removal of the disc and cylindrical brushes is easy and fast.

Cylindrical Brush SystemThe cylindrical brush system utilizes two 1 HP motors.Two brushes, either 28" or 32", rotate at 900 RPM. Fivequick disconnect spray jets uniformly disperse cleaningsolution to the brushes. In addition, the cylindricalbrush deck has a wet sweeping debris tray.

Disc Brush SystemThe disc brush system utilizes one 1.5 HP motor withoffset right-angle gear boxes to drive the brushes. Thebrushes are 14" and 16" and counter-rotate at 300RPM. Cleaning solution is center-fed to the disc brushes.

Minuteman PowerBoss' patented off-aisle wand is the key to cleaning hard to reachareas and is offered as an option on the CP 2832. The built in storage space makes thetool on-board, and ready to use. The telescopic wand adjusts for operator comfort.Compact and lightweight, the tool is conveniently attached to the side of the machineand is always available for use.

Interchangeable DecksAll four of the decks and brushes used on the CP 2832 are interchangeable with MinutemanPowerBoss' SCVTM 28/32 rider scrubber.

The CP 2832 is made with a powder coated, epoxy painted, 11 gauge steel frame to resist corrosion. The tanks andbumper are constructed of a heavy-duty rotationally-molded polyethylene. Rugged construction and reliability, aMinuteman PowerBoss hallmark, means that the CP 2832 Scrubber is built to last.

LED Battery Gauge/Error Code DisplayThe LED battery gauge also acts as an error code indicator. The error code can help speedup repairs by pintpointing a technical problem and minimizing troubleshooting time.
