    vehicles, inappropr ia te and harassing act , and other sufficien t cause. Set t led

    to a resigna t ion in good standing effect ive March 3, 2010 and a lump sum

    payment of $48,000 for damages and a t torneys’ fees . This mat ter was held

    over from the J une 1, 2011 Civil Service Commission meet ing.

    Agenda Item A-16 was held to be considered a t the conclusion of the regula r

    agenda . At tha t t ime, a mot ion was made and seconded tha t the open session

    be recessed and tha t , pursuant to Sect ion 12(b) of the Open Public Meet ings

    Act , the Civil Service Commission entered in to Execut ive Session for the

    purpose of lega l advice. The Commission subsequent ly reconvened the public

    meet ing.
