Order informationUpholstery structure: Both of the comfort variations Basic and Lounge are matching to each other in the seat and in the back. Basic is for comfortable seating and Lounge is for modern, trendy seating in a soft look. They cannot be combined in the seat and in the back. Please indicate the preferred comfort when ordering.Armpart designs: off-the-floor, with leg SA - cubic, narrow, width ca. 15 cm, with moccasin-seam SC, cubic, wide, width ca. 22 cm, with piping, overmeasure per armpart + ca. 7 cm on-the-floor, with plastic gliders SB - cubic, narrow, width ca. 15 cm, with moccasin-seam SD, cubic, wide, width ca. 22 cm, with piping, overmeasure per armpart + ca. 7 cmLoad-bearing capacity of the function: There is a maximum load-bearing capacity of the legrest up to 30 kg guaranteed for the ergoslide+ function.Flexible plug-in headrest, also for ergoslide+-articles: Every item can be equipped with the flexible plug-in headrest U92 with notch function. It can be plugged in between the back body and the back cushion individually. However, the U92 headrest is not included in the ergoslide+ function. It must be absolutely ordered for the articles with ergoslide+ function (IMOK, IMOR, IMOL) for the comfortable seat.Back sides of sofas: All pieces are genuinely upholstered at the back.Positioning diagram: Please send us a positioning diagram, depending on the many different variations available. The colours as given can be found on the main sheet of each leather quality in the fabric/leather wagon. Afterwards the footrest comes up and the back lowers

especially loose-fitting upholstery is characterized by an extremely soft surface. When being delivered, the cover shows a distinctive wave formation, which design- and constructionwise is being desired and can get more by usage. It is not a quality defect but a model-specific characteristic.

Deliveries after colour samples are basically excluded from complaints and exchange. We take care of the best correspondence possible.Leg and seat heights: Due to different leg heights, the model is available in different seat and total heights. The leg design has to be indicated. With on-the-floor armparts the seat height is reached by an downwards enlarged armpart. Please indicate the preferred seat height when ordering. The legs are consciously 2 cm taller in front than behind.Plastic gliders: The plastic gliders are available for on-the-floor armpart designs, only.Legs and floor protection:

In the case of very slender furniture legs in deliberately filigree shapes and with small surfaces it comes to a raised pressure on the floor. We recommend felt pads or another suitable mat as protection for scratches and pressure points in connection with sensitive and/or soft floors. Even if you hardly slip the furniture it can be helpful have a carpeted floor.Runners: We assemble optically matching legs instead of the runner at the front of the enlarged seat of the one arm chaises and under the ottoman of the end elements as well as under the corner elements.
