KRISTIAN ROBINSON | OF | BORN: 12/11/00 (17) | 6-3 | 190 | NASSAU, BAHAMAS| FA (‘17) #18

MLB Pipelines scouting report: Robinson was No. 15 on MLB Pipeline’s Top 30 International Prospects list heading into the July signing period in 2017 because of his raw tools, athleticism and tremendous ceiling. The D-backs love his physicality and potential to tap into his considerable raw power. He showed a pretty good understanding of the strikezone with some plate discipline already, especially given his age and lack of experience, and the D-backs know there will be a learning curve in terms of recognizing breaking and offspeed stuff. Robinson has enough speed to stay in center, but there’s the chance he’ll outgrow the spot, in which case he’ll fit nicely in a corner.

*Robinson currently ranks #12 in the D-backs system.
