We do a National Comprehensive Report (National Database) which provides ISCS with previous addresses, AKA’s and any other information regarding the

If the claimant is hiding prior treatment, our Medical Investigative Unit (MIU) can find it. Although, we can’t obtain the claimant’s records, we can give you the location and most of the time the date of treatment.
