MILDLY THICK 2
• Make up Ural as directed by the manufacturer (1-2 sachets to 200ml of water).
• Add 2 pumps of Precise Thick-N INSTANT Single Serve and mix for 30 seconds.
• Allow to stand for 10 minutes before consuming.
• Consume within 24 hours (refrigerate if stored for more than 2 hours)*.
MODERATELY THICK 3
• Make up Ural as directed by the manufacturer (1-2 sachets to 200ml of water).
• Add 4 pumps of Precise Thick-N INSTANT Single Serve and mix for 30 seconds.
• Allow to stand for 10 minutes before consuming.
• Consume within 24 hours (refrigerate if stored for more than 2 hours)*.
EXTREMELY THICK

• Add 6 pumps of Precise Thick-N INSTANT Single Serve and mix for 30 seconds.
• Allow to stand for 10 minutes before consuming.

* Where longer storage times are required, a facility should consult their Speech Pathologists to
ensure the consistency of the supplement after that storage time. For longer storage periods, store the thickened supplement according to the facility’s Food Safety Procedures.
