WHAT IS THE MJBA?
• The Marijuana Business Association (MJBA) is a member-
driven B2B organization serving the legal marijuana,
medical cannabis and industrial hemp industries.
• Through our publishing and media network, educational
and trade events, and lead generation and affinity
relationships, MJBA provides its members with “everyone &
everything you need to know to start and grow your legal
marijuana business.”
• The Marijuana Business Association serves its
membership – producers, processors, retailers and the
many professional service companies who support them –
by providing:
• Business Intelligence via our network of targeted web
sites, e-letters, publications and MJ Research programs
• Community and Networking through our many Meetups,
professional seminars, conferences and trade events
• Commercial Opportunity through our extensive member
referral and lead generation programs.

WHERE IS THE MJBA?• The Company is based in Seattle, and will initially focus on
serving association members, industry businesses, and
consumers in the state of Washington.
• MJBA will launch MJBA Colorado in January 2015 and MJBA
Oregon in February 2015, with plans to support cannabis
business communities in Illinois, Nevada, California, New York
and beyond.

• It is the mission of the MJBA to establish integrity and legitimacy,
help to expand the market, create common standards, provide
market intelligence, and develop best ethical business practices
for participants in the emerging legal marijuana industry.
• Our goal is to create the platforms – digital and physical -- upon
which a sustainable, scalable, profitable national cannabis
industry will be built, and a strong membership of leading member
companies who will define the standards and best business
practices necessary for a vibrant market.
