Nature and Extend of Involvement of Faculty and Students in Academic affairs/Improvements A meeting of students and Faculty team will be convened with the leadership of the Director, three times in a semester. A schedule for the semester will be prepared in the first meeting and evaluation / rescheduling will be done in subsequent meetings. 6 Groups are formed in each class and the selected leaders are assigned the charge. There are an additional 2 student leaders in each class. Evaluation and scheduling meetings are held on a regular interval (weekly) with concerned faculty and team leaders. f. Mechanisms/Norms and Procedure for Democratic/Good Governance Every year Student representative for college council is elected democratically. In each semester, 6 Groups are created and team leaders are elected from such groups. g. Student feedback on Institutional Governance/Faculty performance Director takes feedback from students on faculty performance on a prescribed format. This is done on a semester basis. He also takes informal feed backs from students on a regular basis. Faculty will be summarized on student's feedback and corrective measures are taken, when necessary h. For the MCA students to get in touch with the industry, the changing IT scenario, the job opening at Bangalore, the Department has planned to conduct a one-month off-campus study and interaction program at Bangalore. This will give the students a chance to interact with the experts from the industry.

The daily activities includes Thoughts for the day, Daily presentations and per week the students themselves have to conduct mock interviews ,Quizzes, GDs , General Aptitude tests, Computer related technical aptitude.

Apart from the syllabus, students must get certified either in Microsoft (MCP), Redhat (RHCE), CCNA or SCJP.
