Welcome to GSAFleet2Go, a mobile tool for drivers of GSA Fleet leased vehicles.
Whether in need of maintenance, fuel, or information, Fleet customers can rely on
GSAFleet2Go.
GSAFleet2Go works with Android and iOS platforms. Search for "GSAFleet2Go” in
Google's Play Store or Apple's App Store to download the free app. For questions about

Registration
Account Setup In order to use the GSAFleet2Go app, you must first follow these steps to complete the
registration process.
1) Download GSAFleet2Go from Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store.
2) Open the app, select "New user? Register here."
3) Registration requires either:
a. G-tag and a government email address OR b. Customer number, G-tag, and a personal email address.
4) Create and confirm a secure password.
a. Note: Passwords must contain at least: i. 1 capital letter
ii. 1 lower case letter
iii. 1 number
iv. 1 special character (e.g., !, @, #, ?)
v. Must not end in a number.

5) A confirmation link will be sent to your email after you register. You must follow
this link in order to confirm your registration information and use the app.
6) Clicking on the link will route you to a webpage where it will prompt you for the
email address and password you used to register for the app. (Note: Do not
enter any information below the password field.)
7) Open the app and login with your email and password.
Note: In accordance with GSA cybersecurity policies, all GSAFleet2Go accounts that are inactive for
more than 90 days (3 months) will require a password reset. If you have selected to receive email
notifications, when you are nearing 90 days of inactivity you will be sent a one-time reminder to login via
email to keep your account active.
For instructions on how to reset your password, see the Reset Password section of the user guide.

Profile Creation You must create a profile to use the app. To
create a profile, start by clicking “Profile” from
the home screen of the GSAFleet2Go app.
1) Enter up to five (5) G-tags.
2) Submit your name, agency bureau, work
address.
You can receive reminders on
when your vehicle needs to be
serviced and outstanding safety
recalls for all entered vehicles.

3) Choose security questions and secret answers for
password recovery and click “Save” to start using
the app.
Password Reset
Forgot Password
If you forget your password you can create a new
password by answering your security questions.
1. In the app welcome screen, enter the email
associated with your account then click
“Forgot Password”
2. Answer your three security questions and
select ‘Change Password”
3. Create a new password
Note: You should enable email notifications to receive notification
when your password is about to expire or locked due to
inactivity.
Be sure to save your security
questions answers. You will
need these answers to reset
your password if you get
locked out

Account Locked
After 90 days of inactivity your GSAFleet2Go account will
be locked. If this occurs, please email
[email protected] to request an account reset. After
an account reset, you must go through the registration
process (see Registration).
Home Menu
All features and profile information can be accessed through the Home Menu.
Side Navigation
To access the side navigation pane, either push the options button on the top left or swipe from the left side of the phone screen. This menu can be accessed while in any of
the modules (e.g., Accident Info).

Maintenance & Repair
If you need to take your car in for an oil change or
other service, you can use the Maintenance and
Repair section helps you find vendors closest to you
in our network
The app searches our network and sorts the results
by your distance to the vendor.
You can filter the vendors
by specialty depending on
the type of service you
need.

Once you’ve made your selection, the app will give you driving directions to the vendor,
using Google Maps or your phone’s default mapping app.

the vendor AND using your

Roadside Assistance
Use Roadside Assistance to call a tow-truck and call the GSA Fleet Maintenance
Control Center (MCC) or the "After Hours" number for mechanical assistance.
To call a tow-truck, select the vehicle in need of a tow from your profile. The app
provides you the phone number you need to call to get assistance.

Vehicle Reminders
Vehicle Reminders alerts you to PMs due for vehicles loaded to your profile. To receive
reminders about safety recalls and PM alerts, enable push notifications on your phone.
Get reminders on upcoming
preventative maintenance
for your vehicle – like getting
your oil changed!
You can also get
notified if your vehicle
gets a recall!

Accident Assistance
If you find yourself in an accident, you can find our recommended procedures in the
"Accident Info" screen. You can submit an accident report, request a tow and find
additional information about what to do in case of an accident.
To start an accident report, follow these step-by-step instructions on how to create and
submit an accident report. The process should take 15 – 30 minutes.
Note: If you do not finish the report, you can save and return to finish it at a later time. All saved reports
will be available for 30 days and can be accessed from the Saved Reports screen.
Starting the Report
1. Select “Start Accident Report”
2. This will bring you to the Saved Reports screen.
Select “Start New Report” for a new report. All
previously saved reports are accessible from
this page
Select “Start New Report” to
report on a new accident.
All reports you have

in the Saved Report
section.

3. Select the tag of the vehicle involved in the
accident.
4. Enter the background information on the
accident. This includes date, time, and location of
the accident. There is a place for you to enter
information for other vehicles, if needed.
5. Once you are finished entering background
information, you can click “Save” and continue to
the next section.
Note: If you do not have all of the information you can save the
report and return the section later to complete the information.
Details Under Details, the form is organized into four (4)
sections. Please complete each section to the best of
your ability.
6. Once you have completed all sections, you
should “Save” and the app will move on to the
next area where you’ll be able to upload or
take pictures of the damaged vehicle and
scene of the accident.
If you do not have the
necessary information to
complete a section, you can
always save and return to the
section later.

Photos
The photo section is organized into two sections:
photos for government and non-government vehicles.
Enter photos of the vehicles involved in the accident
into the Photos section.
7. The app will guide you through the
recommended pictures and angles to submit.
8. Photos can be uploaded either from your
phone library or a new photo can be taken
with your phone’s camera.
9. If there is more than 1 other vehicle involved in the accident, photos of additional
vehicles can be uploaded by clicking “Add additional photos” in the “Photos of
Other Vehicle” section.

Review On the Review page you can evaluate your report
to ensure accuracy. If changes are required,
simply navigate back to the section and click the
“Save” button at the button of that page.
When you are finished reviewing your report, click
“Submit” at the bottom of the page.
Once you submit a report, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your
report. You should save the confirmation email in your records because you can use the
confirmation email to help you fill out the SF-91 form.
If you would like to save your report but
not submit it, you can click “Save &
Continue Later”. Saved reports can be
accessed by clicking on “Start Accident
Report” on the Accident Info page.

Alternative Fuel Locator The Alternative Fuel Locator finds AFV fueling sites.
WEX Fuel App Link GSAFleet2Go links to WEX's online platform, where you may search for WEX accepting
fuel locations nearby.

Frequently Asked Questions
1) How do I download GSAFleet2Go to my device?
GSAFleet2Go works with Android and iOS devices. Android users should search
for “GSAFleet2Go” in Google Play Store. Users with iPhones should search for
“GSAFleet2Go” in Apple’s App Store. Once you have downloaded the
application, follow the instructions in the user guide to register, confirm your
government email, and build your profile. If you don’t register your account and
create your profile, you won’t be able to login to the app.
2) I can’t login to GSAFleet2Go, what do I do?
If you have registered your account, but can’t remember your password, use the
password recovery button to reset your password using security questions. If
your password doesn’t work, and the recovery questions don’t work, it is likely
that you did not confirm your email when you first registered for the app. In this
case, register as a new user with the app and remember to confirm your email. If
none of these options work, email [email protected] for assistance.
3) Does GSAFleet2Go work on personal devices?
Yes. While the app is exclusively for government business, it may be
downloaded on either a personal or Government-issued device.
4) My Government email does not end in .gov, can I still use the app?
GSAFleet2Go accepts government email ending in .mil and .edu as well as .gov.
You can also register with a personal email as long as you also provide a
customer number, and G-tag.
5) I manage a large fleet. Why can I only register 5 vehicles to my profile?
GSAFleet2Go is a tool designed for drivers of GSA Fleet vehicles rather than
fleet managers. The web-based GSA Fleet Drive-thru platform is designed for
fleet managers. We anticipate adding functionalities to both platforms soon.
6) My local vendor is not listed on the Maintenance and Repair Module.
Please email your Fleet Service Representative if a vendor in your area is
missing from the Maintenance and Repair.
7) I’m looking for FMS2Go. Is this FMS2Go?
No. This is GSAFleet2Go, a customer facing mobile application developed by
GSA Fleet. FMS2Go is ONLY for internal use, also available at Apple's App
Store or Google's Play Store.
