Herzing University Business Academic Chair
Janet Staker Woerner brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing, marketing communications and corporate education. She also has extensive experience in the area of technology-based solutions for marketing. Most recently she has been researching the area of accelerating change and the societal implications on a global scale with a special emphasis in social media. Janet is currently serving as Associate Professor/Business Academic Chair for Herzing University. Janet is a member of Academy of Management, SoLar Learning Analytics and World Future Society.
Previously, Janet was a National Manager of Corporate Education for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. She has experience as a marketing communications consultant in the scientific community; working with Argonne National Lab, Fermi National Lab, Sloan Digital Sky Survey, and University Research Associates. Fortune 500 clients have been ATT &T Baxter, and Kraft Foods.
