Aiding Client Relationships

Challenge: Delivering effective training within considerable

time constraints, outside office hours and on multiple

device platforms.

Approach: • The 20-minute mlearning featured: videos, audio, text, case studies and

interactive knowledge checks in support of the learning objectives.

• Delivered to over 300 Audit partners worldwide.

Results: • Participants were highly receptive to mobile learning and open feedback

indicated the content was highly relevant to their roles.

• Unanimous feedback indicated that mobile training was suitable for

KPMG because of its convenience/flexibility of access from any location

at any time.

• The majority of participants indicated that they appreciated the value

mobile learning brought since it could be taken “on the go” and from any

location
