EU Login ja uuden käyttäjän lisääminen MT:iin

• MT+ raportointialustalle kirjaudutaan EU login -tunnuksella.

• Koordinaattori voi lisätä hankkeen aikana uusia käyttäjiä MT:iin

• Kirjautuminen MT:iin edellyttää aina:

1) EU Login -tunnusten hankintaa: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/cas/

2) Käyttäjän tietojen lisäämistä hankkeen yhteystietoihin MT:ssa

• EU login -verkkosivun alareunassa on linkki Ohje-sivulle (Help), josta löytyy vastauksia tavallisimpiin virhetilanteisiin.

• OLS -yhteyshenkilö vastaa hankkeen kielivalmennuksesta verkossa ja toimittaa pyynnöt OLS-kielitaidon arvioinnin tai -kielikurssien lisenssien määrän muuttamisesta kansalliseen toimistoon

• Suositus on, että hankkeen koordinaattori ja OLS-yhteyshenkilö ovat eri henkilöt

• Organisaation virallinen edustajalla (sopimuksen allekirjoittaja) on pääsy hankkeen tietoihin, mutta ei mahdollisuutta muokata tietoja

Tukihenkilön osalta ei merkitä todistuksen tietoja (certifications), eikä hän täytä osallistujaraporttia (participant report).

Osallistujaraportti

• Opiskelija saa järjestelmästä linkin raporttiin jakson päättyessä viimeisenä päivänä

• Osallistujaraportit eivät lähde alustalta eteenpäin, jos liikkuvuusjaksosta puuttuu pakollisia tietoja (eli se on vielä statuksella Draft)

• Jos opiskelijalla on raportin palauttamisessa ongelmia, pyydä opiskelijalta viestissä oleva linkki raporttipohjaan (ainoastaan tällä tavoin raportin tietoja pääsee tarkastamaan)

• Raportin linkki on aina henkilökohtainen, eikä sitä voi siirtää toiselle opiskelijalle!

Osallistujaraportin status

• Requested: When the email notification is sent to the participant.

• Submitted: After the participant has submitted the Survey of Recognition.

• Undelivered: The report was sent, but could not be delivered to the e-mail address provided.

• NONE: Until all conditions are met (45 days after end of mobility and the participant report submitted)

• Prefilling (is a temporary status, used to distinguish the reports for which the call to set the name and email address in the participant report was not made yet. It usually happens during the night and can be longer (until after mid day) due to the huge amount of reports which have to be processed)

Loppuraportin täyttöohje


• Älä lataa loppuraporttia! Järjestelmiin tehdään useita päivityksiä, joten jos lataat raportin kaksi vuotta ennen varsinaista raportointiaikaa, alusta ei välttämättä toimi normaalisti, kun alat täyttää raporttia
