11:00 a.m. Opening Ceremony & Introduction11:15 a.m. Room 1: Nicoles Special Events Catering Discussing different options for meals Room 2: Coccadotts Cake Shop Cake testing and demonstrations12:00 p.m. Lunch in room 1 provided by Nicoles Special Events Catering ( sandwiches, salads, soups, and more)
12:30 p.m. Room 1: Multiple venues will be coming in with a representative to discuss ideas and give insite Room 2: Multiple florists will be doing the same
1:00 p.m. Room 1: Presentation on, “Why is Inspired Occasions right for you?” and Closing Statements

This upscale business hotel is 1.3 miles from Albany International Airport and 6.7 miles from downtown Albany.
Once entering the Hotel go to the front desk and ask for the Inspired Occasions Event. They should bring you to a courtyard just around the corner and there will be a sign in desk with some of our assistants to bring you into the right rooms for a day of relaxation and excitement.
ATMs will be located outside of Rooms 1 & 2 for your convenience
