Thank you for your trust and support in choosing our Evaporative Air Cooler. Please read this manual carefully before using it. The Evaporative Air Cooler comes with the most advanced evaporative cooling technology and modern management. It will make your life easier and more comfortable.

When the wind blows on your sweaty body, you will feel cool. This is the same principle at work. The Circulating Pump continuously sucks water and equally distributes water to the CELDEK cooling pads via the water distributor. When affected by the outside hot dry air, water evaporates from the cooling pads contributing to a temperature drop by 5-12 degrees. Thus it produces fresh, cooler, and clean air.

1. Cooler must be placed in well-ventilated and dry place to ensure 100% fresh air is brought in.2. Cooler must have enough air exhaust. 3600m3/h airflow requires up to 0.8m2 of exhaust area with natural exhaust. Exhaust capacity should not be less than 85% of airflow with mechanical exhaust. Mechanical exhaust system can be combined with natural exhaust.3. Debug the cooler when operating for the first time. Ensure that the operating electric current is at the rated current range.4. Keep away any source of fire when assembling or operating the cooler.5. Ensure the supply voltage is within the rated +/-10V range otherwise it will damage the cooler – cooler may fail to start completely or cooler will start and stop frequently. 6. Keep the wall controller and control lines away from equipments with strong electromagnetic interference or EMI – e.g. equipment with frequency speed controller, SCR temperature and speed controller, high frequency heating circuit or super high power motor etc. It is better not to keep them in the same power lines. If you must, please make sure distance between equipments is more than 30 cm. 7. This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, as well as lack of experience and knowledge unless there is supervision or instruction concerning use of appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children must be supervised to ensure the appliance is not played with.8. If the supply cord is damaged, replacement must be coursed through the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid any hazard.

1. Check if the supply voltage and supply frequency are the same as the rated ones. The proper voltage is 110±10V.2. Make sure water to be used is clean with a steady hydraulic pressure, 0.2~0.6MPa(1.5~6kgf/cm2) if connected directly to water source.3. A globe-valve is needed near the intake hose and an extra hose connector is needed for cleaning.4. Circuit breaker should be added on the feed circuit to protect the cooler, the wire net, and the safety of people.

1. Take two sets of assembled frames (see Pic 1)2. Use ST5x25 bolts to stabilize the assembled frame to the bottom of the water tank. Lock the bolts securely with Phillips screwdriver. Pay close attention to the hole in the tank while installing (see Pic 2)

1. Loosen 8 bolts with cross screwdriver (see Pic 3)2. Pull up the 2 pieces of dust screens and side panel, then pull out side panel and take it out (see Pic 4)3. Steps for installation are above in reverse.

To Add Water:1. Pull out the water inlet chute from any side of the cooler (see pic 5)2. Add water through this hole (see pic 6)To Drain Water:1. Open the valve cover at the back of the cooler. Close it clockwise after drain (see pic 7)

1. Check if cooler is at even level when assembling.2. Check if drain pipe has been assembled.3. Check the water supply to be sure there is no leakage.4. Check the water level in the water tank. Do not overfill.5. Check if the power supply connection is correct.6. Check if the assembly and connection of the power control are correct.7. Check if there is litter in the water tank.8. Check if there is foreign matter in the fan motor.9. Check if the power supply and voltage are normal.10. Check if the running electrical current is in the rated range.11. Check if there is any shake when running the cooler.12. Make sure water is put in the water tank before running.

Cooler must be TURNED OFF before cleaning.1. Shell cleaning: Use mild cleanser and soft cloth. Evaporable liquid such as gas or alcohol is NOT allowed.2. Wet pad cleaning: take out the pad and brush away the dust on its surface with SOFT brusher.3. Water tank cleaning: Set the time and frequency according to manual in auto clean mode. Take out the plug of drainage outlet and clean it manually.

1. ON/OFFPress this button under the state of stand-by, then cooler will start running. Speed is preset at 2 speed and the cool function is ON when cooler is turned on for the first time. Afterwards, the mode and airflow will be the same as the last state when you turned it off. Pressing this button while cooler is in operation will stop the cooler. Only the air speed will be shown on screen.2. Airflow adjusterPress “airflow” button on the LCD controller or “airflow+” and “airflow-“ on the remote controller to increase or decrease it. Airflow is shown on the airflow indicator in the range of L, M, H from left to right dynamically. 3. ModePress “COOL” button on the LCD controller to change mode from VENTILATION to COOL mode. When mode is switched to COOL mode at the start of cooler operation, cooler will run in the lowest speed for 30s then revert to the speed you have set before. It will not affect the speed display on the remote LED screen.4. SWINGPress “SWING” button on the LCD controller or remote controller to start the air swing function. Turning on the swing function will light up the SWING button on the LCD controller.5. TIMER“Timer” can start the air cooler automatically in the stand-by state and stop it automatically while running when set time is finished. “Timer” is set by the hour and can be set to a maximum of 9 hours.“Timer” button will start flickering when pressed. “H x” will be shown on the temperature indicator during time setting. “x” refers to the time you set. Change time by pressing “AIRFLOW” button. Temperature will be shown again once setting of timer is done. Timer will automatically start 5 seconds after you finish setting the time and “Timer” button light stops flickering. How to cancel the time set:a. Set the time to 00.b. Press the “ON/OFF” button when the “TIMER” button is flickering.c. Press the “ON/OFF” button again after timer button stops flickering.

4. Maintenance:a. It is advisable to clean the wet pad once every two weeks to ensure the cooling effect.b. It is advisable to drain the water daily and clean tank to keep air fresh.c. If air cooler is not to be used for a long time, turn off power and drain all water. Cover with net to avoid dust to prevent it from being damaged and from breeding mosquitoes.
