This special cabin is born to face all those washingproblems that until now has not been possible to solveusing normal appliances today on the market. What’s

really revolutionary is the possibility of washing the trolleysthat, because of their dimensions, have always been a problem.These are placed on a rotating bed-plate, so as to manage to washwith a pressure up to 6 bar, concentrating all the pump power intofew nozzles and working deeply in this way on dirtiness. The rota-ting system is equipped with a self braking engine which is able tostop the trolley in the same position in which it was put in. An adjusta-ble clutch avoids possible damages in case the trolley should beblocked. The rotating system is checked by an inverter to reduce thestress of the components, even if the washing material should be veryheavy. All the structure of the machine is of Inox Steel AISI 304, insula-ted, included the leaves of the door which are equipped with a microsafety-bolt and in any case with an electro-magnetic block system. It’snecessary to place the special box into a pit to take the working levelat the floor.

denden Anlagen ungelöst geblieben sind. Die echteRevolution besteht darin, die Wagen, die auf Grund ihrerGesamtabmessungen immer ein Problem darstellten, waschen zukönnen. Diese werden auf einer Drehbasis gestellt, und indemman die Leistung der Pumpe auf wenige Düsen konzentriert,kann man mit einem Druck bis 6 bar waschen, und so, tiefgegen den Schmutz zu wirken. Das Drehmechanismus istmit einem selbst bremsenden Motorsystem ausgestattet, so daßder Wagen in derselben Stellung in der er gesteckt wurde, auf-gehalten wird Eine regulierbare Kupplung verhindert möglicheSchaden im Fal le der Wagen e ingek lemmt wird.Die Drehung ist von einem Wechselrichter kontrolliert, der dazudient, den Bestandteilen Stress zu vermindern, auch wenn essehr schweres Material zu waschen gibt. Die gesamte Strukturder Maschine besteht aus Edeltahl AISI 304, ist isoliert, inbegrif-fen die Klapptür, die mit einer Micro- Sicherheitsvorrichtungausgestat te t is t , und eventuel l Kann sie auch mit einemelektromagnetischen Türschloß ausgestattet werden. Es istnotwendig die Kabine in einer Grube hineinzulegen, um dasNiveau der Arbeit auf den Boden zu bringen.

Questa cabina è nata per affrontare quei problemi dilavaggio che fino ad oggi non è stato possibile risolve-

re con le normali apparecchiature attualmente in com-mercio. Vera rivoluzione è la possibilità di lavare i carrelli che acausa del loro ingombro hanno sempre costituito un problema.Questi vengono posizionati su una base rotante, di modo che, con-centrando tutta la potenza della pompa in pochi ugelli, si riesce alavare con pressioni fino a 6 bar, agendo così in profondità sullosporco. Il meccanismo di rotazione è dotato di un sistema di motoreauto frenante atto a fermare il carrello nella stessa posizione nellaquale è stato inserito. Una frizione regolabile evita possibili danniin caso di inceppamento del carrello. La rotazione è controllata daun inverter al fine di ridurre lo stress ai componenti, anche in pre-senza di materiale da lavare molto pesante. Tutta la struttura dellamacchina è in acciaio INOX AISI 304, coibentata, compresa laporta a battente che è dotata di un micro di sicurezza ed eventual-mente di un blocco porta elettromagnetico. È necessario posizionare lacabina in una fossa, per portare il livello di lavoro al pavimento.

Cette cabine est née pour répondre aux problè-mes de lavage que jusqu’ici on n’a pas pu résou-dre avec les normals appareils aujourd’hui dans le

commerce . La plus grande revolution c’est la possibi-lité de laver les chariots qui à cause de leur encombrement onttoujours été un problème. Ces-ci sont plaçés sur une base pivo-tante de façon à reussir à laver avec une pression jusqu’à 6 bar,en concentrant toute la puissance de la pompe sur quelquesgicleurs , ainsi on peut agir en profondeur sur la saleté. Le méca-nisme de rotation est équipé d’un système de moteur auto-frei-nant capable d’arrêter le chariot dans la même position dans laquelle il a été inséré. Un embrayage réglable évite la possibi-lité des dommages en cas de coincement du chariot. La rotationest controlée graçe à un inverter afin de réduire le stress aux éle-ments, même en présence de matériel à laver très lourd. Toute lastructure de la machine est en acier INOX AISI 304, isoleé, ycompris la porte à battants qui est équipeé d’un micro-dispositifde sécurité et à l’occasion d’un bloc-système électromagnétiquesur la porte. Il est nécessaire de positionner la cabine dans unefosse, afin que le niveau du travail arrive au plancher.
