The Modern Glass collection is mainly a history of searching the archetype form of light. Shape, although seems to be friendly familiar, still brings fresh view. – At first we where observing the play of light on the glass. It turned out that the most interesting effects can be obtained by using simple forms like a tube or a cone. Glass with proper thickness allows light to gently flow on the surface of the lighting fixture. – says Jakub Jand’ourek, one of the designers.

The Modern Glass line was created in collab-oration with Czech design office DECHEM. This collection was awarded with must have title during Lodz Design Festival 2017.

This year the variety of glass shades and different mounting types is extended with new wall luminaires and compositions of hanging lamps.

MODERN GLASS4

Modernity meets classics in Modern Glass collection. Shades are hand-made according to the original, over a century old technology. The craftsman’s touch gives each lampshade its own unique character.

Glass is one of the most graceful materials that can be used to help the luminaire become a home decor. That is why, in cooperation with the Czech design studio DECHEM, we have created the Modern Glass collection. The interior of those fittings is made of minimalistic aluminum elements, while the exterior – hand-made lamp shades – is made of high quality Czech glass. Thanks to that Modern Glass offers not only practical luminaire, but also a particular piece of art.

You can easily choose between available shapes of lampshades, glass textures, finishes and even types of light sources. Each combination will give a unique effect.

Sophisticated decor

The luminaire interior is made of aluminum elements of a minimalist form. Three different types of light sources allow to achieve various lighting effects.

In the MODERN GLASS collection, modernity permeates the classics.

Version with a white interior and neutral colour temperature (4000K) gives more activating to our body light. That’s why it works well in offices and workspaces. In the version with a golden interior, the light is gently warmed by the colour of the varnish from which it reflects.
