MODERN WAREHOUSE FACILITIES for cargo storage at the Port of Middelfart
ADP, which is a major Danish port owner and operator, operate the Port of Middelfart. The port has a central location in the Region of Southern Denmark and with short distance to the Danish motorway network (E20/E45) and European railway network, the port is ideal for cargo storage until further distribution by road, rail or ship.
Right on the quayside, the port has 6,000 m² of warehouse facilities, which are divided into three separate cells with pressure resistant sides well suited for dry bulk.
Further 6,000 m² of modern warehouse facilities are equipped with ramps, gates and heating options for storage of general cargo e.g. on pallets or shelves.

With an accumulated warehouse capacity of 12,000 m², large flexible port areas and a water depth of 9 meters, the Port of Middelfart has the needed facilities to handle large amounts of dry bulk and general cargo.
In terms of moving the cargo to hinter-land destinations, the three ADP-ports are important hubs with easy access to the Danish motorway and railway net-work as well as close to the international deep-water route in the Great Belt.
All warehouses have normal operational light. All warehouses are approved for flammable cargo.
