It is the use of interactive technology that aims to enhance creativity, information-sharing, and collaboration among users. In a Web 2.0 environment, users can work together and share responsibilities; collaborate with peers, experts, and community members; monitor and keep track of contributions; use varied kinds of technology to conduct research, communicate, and create knowledge.
