ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURINGAn experienced Engineering team and in-house Tool designing & development ensures smooth functioning of all the operations. With a dedicated Product Development team looking after the customers’ development needs, new components are delivered with precision and agreed time line.

With all the processes being carried in-house MFL is able to maintain a consistent quality in its offerings. From Wire processing to Forging, Heat treatment to Surface Finish, both plants are equipped with advanced machinery and quality equipments, to execute the orders to customer satisfaction.

ISO 9001:2008, TS 16949:2002 For Practicing System- MFL’S OPERATIONS ARE CONFORMING TO

Oriented business practices and implementing Quality policies as per Quality Management System (QMS).

MANAGEMENT SYSTEMAn integrated QMS ensures product traceability from the raw material stage to the customers’ door steps, in addition to meeting the internal Quality objectives. The company houses a well-equipped testing and validation laboratory to carry out different chemical and mechanical tests, as per the international standards and customer specifications.

MFL has in-house policies for minimizing environmental risks, avoiding wastages, encouraging active re-cycling, promoting energy saving measures and same is certified as per ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
