    01DIRECT SALES AND PREFERREDCUSTOMER BONUSSelling MonaVie products directly to your customers isthe rst pillar o a solid oundation or your business.Face-to-ace retail sales allow you to earn incomeby purchasing MonaVie products at the wholesaleprice and then selling them at a retail price o yourchoosing.

    In addition to retail sales, you can enroll preerredcustomers and earn a Preerred Customer Bonus

    on every purchase they make. The Preerred Cus-tomer Bonus is computed as 50% o the PreerredCustomer Personal Volume (PCPV). For example,rom a case o juice ordered by your preerredcustomer (with 50 PCPV), you earn a $25 PreerredCustomer Bonus and 50 PCPV rolls to you and yourupline. In other words, the Personal Volume (PV) romsales to your preerred customers counts toward youractivity requirement. Any o the PV in excess o 200rolls to your lesser volume leg. You dont need to beactive** or qualied to earn prot rom sales made

    to retail or preerred customers.

    Selling products to your customers is essential tonetwork marketing. The Policies and Proceduresrequire minimum monthly sales. Additionally, tocontinue to be eligible or any earnings under thecompensation plan, you must make at least iveauthenticated sales to separate retail customersand preerred customers annually.

    02TOP RETAILERS BONUSDistributors who achieve high retail sales (with aminimum of five sales to separate preferredcustomers or 300 PV of authenticated retailsales) over a our week period will be rewardedwith a Top Retailers Bonus. The distributor with themost authenticated sales (calculated in PV) to hisor her retail customers and preerred customers willreceive a bonus o $4,000. The next three distribu-tors with the most volume rom qualied retail andpreerred customer sales will receive a bonus o

    $2,000. All remaining distributors with at least vepreerred customer sales or 300 PV o authenticatedretail sales during the our week incentive periodwill earn a share o a pool equal to 1% o the totalPCPV. To qualiy under the retail sales option youmust, during the same our-week bonus period,purchase and sell product with PV o not lessthan 300.

    The Top Retailers Bonus is awarded to the topretailers worldwide and is not determined by

    country. Preerred customer sales to the sameshipping address or to the distributor's shippingaddress do not qualiy. Sales will be subject toaudit.

    Preerred Customer: One o your customers who is enrolled in MonaVies database and can place orders without your directinvolvement. Preerred customers can purchase product at wholesale prices and may participate in AutoShip.

    Volume: Reers to the points assigned to products. PV is personal sales volume rom products ordered or selling to your regularcustomers and rom products ordered by your preerred customers. Enrollment tree volume is sales volume rom products orderedby your downline or selling to their regular customers and it also includes products ordered by their preerred customers. Volumegenerated by the downline in your placement tree is group volume or GV. Your PV and PCPV are not included in your personalenrollment tree volume.

    Preerred Customer Personal Volume (PCPV): Volume associated with a purchase made by a preerred customer, which is hal othe volume o a purchase associated with a distributor.

    ** Active: Must generate a minimum amount o volume every our weeks as i) personal purchases o 100 PV or 200 PV or ii) purchasesby preerred customers o 100 PCPV or 200 PCPV. 100-active means that you have purchased at least 100 PV or your preerredcustomers have purchased at least 100 PCPV. 200-active means that you have purchased at least 200 PV or your preerredcustomers have purchased at least 200 PCPV.

    Qualiied: Must have one personally enrolled distributor in each placement tree leg that is either active or has at least 500 personalenrollment tree volume.

    03BULK ORDER BONUS (BOB)Each time someone youve personally sponsoredplaces an eligible bulk order, you receive a BulkOrder Bonus o up to $50 i you are 200-active,and up to $20 i you are 100-active. Reerence theocial price list to see which bulk packs are eligibleor the BOB.

    04FIRST ORDER BONUS (FOB)All 200-active distributors earn a one-time-only FOB o20% o the PV (up to a maximum o $40), and activedistributors with 100-199 PV earn a one-time-onlyFOB o 10% o the PV (up to a maximum o $20) whentheir personally sponsored distributors place a rsttime order or MonaVie products. You must be activeat the time the order is placed to earn the FOB.

    05STAR MAKER BONUSThe second pillar o building a successul business ishelping your personally sponsored distributors earn therank o Star. I you are 100-active and qualied, theneach time one o your personally sponsored distributorsreaches the rank o Star, you earn a $20 Star MakerBonus rom his or her sales. I you are 200-active andqualied, you earn a $40 Star Maker Bonus rom hisor her sales. I you are not qualied in the week thatone o your personally sponsored distributors reachesthe rank o Star, you will have the ollowing three weeksto become qualied in order to earn the Star Maker

    Bonus.

    In this example, you are 200-active because youreceive 50 PV rom your sales to each o yourour preerred customers; you also earn $100

    in Preerred Customer Bonuses (4 sales x $25each). You are also qualifed because you havepersonally sponsored distributors on both yourlet and right legs who are active. Thereore, youqualiy or 10% in team bonuses, which equatesto earning 5% o the balanced volume rom both

    your let and right legs. In this example, you wouldearn a team bonus o $50 (10% o 500 GV).Because the team bonus is only paid on balancedvolume over 500 GV, you will receive a teambonus as soon as you accumulate 500 GV onboth legs; you can continue to accumulate volume

    toward your frst team bonus so long as youremain 100-active.

    06TEAM BONUSTeam bonuses are another pillar o the MonaVieCompensation Plan. As a new distributor, your ocuswill be on developing a base o retail and preerredcustomers. Youll also ocus on helping your downline

    generate volume through sales.

    The team bonus aspect o the plan is calculated romyour placement tree, which has two legs, a let and aright. You will be compensated based on successullybuilding sales volume within the placement tree (GV).Your upline (or anyone else in the placement tree)may also place people in your placement tree. As

    your group begins to grow, you are entitled to teambonuses based on the total GV generated in yourlesser leg.

    CALCULATING TEAM BONUSES: You must beactive and qualied to be eligible to earn teambonuses. In addition, you must have a minimum o500 GV on each o your placement tree legs in thebonus week.

    Once you reach 500 GV on your lesser leg, a 5%team bonus is paid on the GV in that leg as well asa 5% team bonus rom the matching volume on yourgreater leg. Any unpaid GV carries over to the ollow-

    ing week, as long as you remain active.Any week that you are 200-active, additional PVexceeding 200 will be applied to your lesser volumeleg. Team bonuses are limited to $10,000 per week,per business center. Although team bonuses maybe earned by being 100-active, you can maximize

    your FOB, BOB, and Star Maker Bonus earnings byremaining 200-active. The minimum team bonus paidis $50, requiring that you have at least 500 GV onboth your right and let placement tree legs. As longas you remain active with at least 100 PV, you cancontinue to accrue volume toward your next teambonus payment.

    07GROWTH BONUSEach week youll be awarded growth pointsbased on your paid as* rank and the distribu-tors with the highest paid as ranks in each lego your personal enrollment tree. See the GrowthBonus Points Allocation Table below.

    The growth bonus is calculated based on theweek under consideration (i.e., the current week)and the week that is our weeks prior to the currentweek (the base week). The growth bonus comesin the orm o shares rom a bonus pool equivalentto the point increase rom the base week to thecurrent week.

    To earn a growth bonus, you must be paid atBronze Executive or above in the base week. You

    also must be paid at Bronze Executive or above,and be 200-active in the current week.

    The growth bonus is paid weekly rom a pool othe worldwide enrollment tree volume in the weekthat is shared on a pro-rata basis according to thenumber o shares awarded.

    In the example below you are paid as a BlueDiamond in the current period (week ve). During theprevious period (week one), you were paid as aBlue Diamond. Using the Growth Bonus AllocationTable, take each o your enrollment tree legs andll in the points according to your paid as rank inweek one and week ve. You must nd the highestpaid as rank per enrollment tree leg to determinethe point value. Total the points or each week thensubtract the total points or week one rom the totalpoints or week ve to determine the shares earned

    (47 points - 35 points = 12 shares).

    08EXECUTIVE CHECK MATCH BONUSTo urther reward our executive eld leaders ortheir sales, and their downline organization sales,

    we have created the Executive Check Match (ECM)bonus,* which allows you to earn a bonus upto the rst $2,500 o the team bonuses paid todistributors in your personal enrollment tree andto the distributors in their respective personalenrollment trees. As your executive rank increases,so does the number o generations on which youcan be paid an ECM bonus, to a maximum oseven generations. To be eligible or the ECMbonus, you must be 200-active and qualiedand meet the rank requirements o a Bronze

    Executive.

    The ECM bonus is calculated by generations. Ageneration can include the executives ound in eacho your personal enrollment tree legs and distributorsat eligible Star ranks. A generation ends when aqualied executive is ound, regardless o depth.The ECM bonus is calculated on unlimited width.Thereore, in order to maximize your income,

    you should strive to continue advancing to higherexecutive ranks, as well as to continue personallysponsoring distributors, thereby creating morepersonal enrollment tree legs on which you canearn an ECM bonus.

    * Bronze Executives and above must be 200-active and qualied to earn an ECM bonus. The ECM bonus is paid weekly.MonaVies guarantee o a 50% payout o all bonus volume is done by calculating the ECM bonus on a foating percentage. Aterthe various other ways o earning bonuses with MonaVie are calculated, any remaining volume is allocated to the ECM bonusand then paid. Your shares in the pool are awarded based on 100% o the rst 2,500 GBU in Team bonuses or the number ogenerations or which you are eligible, based upon your paid rank. The total shares o all ECM earners are divided into the ECMpool, giving the ECM percentage, and your ECM bonus is based upon your number o shares, multiplied by that percentage. Forexample, lets assume there are 1,000,000 GBU in the ECM pool and 15,000,000 total shares issued. Dividing 15,000,000into 1,000,000, gives a percentage o 6.7%. I you have 400 shares, then you would earn 400 x 6.7% or about 27 GBU.Weekly ECM bonuses cannot exceed 25% o the GV o your placement tree's lesser volume leg.

In this example, you are paid as aRuby Executive, which enables you to earn an ECM bonus through our generations o distributors or higher on eacho your our personal enrollment tree legs. Once a paid as** Bronze Executive or higher is ound on any leg, itcompletes the frst generation or that particular leg.

    Lets look at the leg that begins with Mary. In this particular leg, you would earn an ECM bonus through Kellybecause she is a ourth generation distributor. To be paid deeper on this leg (allowing you to earn an ECM bonuson Davids team bonus), you would need to advance to Emerald Executive, which would allow you to be paidthrough fve generations o distributors.

    On the personal enrollment tree leg beginning with Shelly, no executive exists in this leg; thereore, everyone in this

    leg is considered frst generation and you would earn matching ECM bonuses on the frst $2,500 team bonusespaid to each in this leg.

    To maximize your MonaVie ECM bonus earnings, you should strive to reach the highest executive ranks.

    10MULTIPLE BUSINESS CENTERSAs your MonaVie business grows, you have theoption o opening a total o our business centers(your initial center plus three additional centers),with each potentially earning $10,000 perweek in team bonuses. You are awarded yourbusiness centers at the Black Diamond level. Whileadditional business centers allow you to maximize

    your income earning potential, they are notrequired or you to advance within the MonaVieCompensation Plan. You can reach Triple CrowneBlack Diamond, the highest rank in MonaVie, byocusing on your initial business center.

    All enrollment tree volume and Star 500 legs romadditional business centers will count toward thequalication o all your business centers.
