*House Bill No. 2517 -- DUI/DWI Offenses - As introduced, establishes an administrative process for the immediate confiscation of the driver license of a person driving under the influence of an intoxicant and additionally requires a person convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant to maintain an ignition interlock on the person's vehicle for six months before the person's driving privilege is fully restored. Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 55. by *Faulkner. *House Bill No. 2518 -- DNA and Genetic Testing - As introduced, requires TBI to maintain a DNA database of certain juvenile sexual offenders and adds an adjudication of delinquency for an act which if committed as an adult would constitute aggravated rape of a child to the list of acts for which a court shall require a juvenile to submit a DNA sample.
