The Commission wishes to move beyond the State’s standard approaches to energy efficiency, demand response, and energy storage offered across the State, to bundled, location-specific preferred resources. The Commission is interested in new and unconventional approaches to resources that can be field-tested for local reliability, grid stability, and load reductions. The event is to be held in conjunction with Track 4 of the Long Term Planning Proceeding – R.12-03-014. Intervenor compensation is available for participation. The Big Creek Project will extend high-speed Internet service to 39.04 square miles covering the Big Creek, Huntington Lake and Lakeshore communities of Fresno County. Resolution L-456 authorizes disclosure of records concerning the California Public Utilities Commission Safety and Enforcement Division’s investigation of a Double-Decker Tour Bus electric incident that occurred on July 19, 2013, at 12th Avenue, San Francisco, California, once the investigation is complete.On October 11, 2013, the draft resolution was mailed to the service list, pursuant to California Public Utilities Code § 311(g) and Rule 14.5 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
