Date Center MA routine: Cleaning Data Center Hardware:IBM pSerial:P670,

P690, IBM Storage device, Windows Servers. Clean and test the EMS system. Clean the pipe of Chiller Machine on top floor. Clean and test the Fire Alarm system.

Fix the problem of Fuser of Chiller A in the Power Management System.

Fix the problem of TSM backup on CXLVNP03(production Database server) and CXLVNP06(backup Email Server).

PC Maintenance

Apply the new email quota policy. Support users to compact mail file after they

deleted emails. Replicate the new quota setting from primary

email server to backup email server.
