    2.11.2.1 RS485 SERIAL LINK (CAN BUS OPTION) (J1)

    RS485 serial interface signals are available on the J1 connector. Up to 63 drives can beconnected through the RS 485 serial link (see Section 6 for additional data).Please contact Service Center if more than 4 (up to 63) drives must be connected.As an alternative to the serial interface, the J1 connector can contain the CAN BUS serialinterface with the same external connector. For Can Option make reference to theapplicative Can Open manual. Mating connector: female, Sub-D 9 pos. (Moog code AK4751)
