Morton County Council on Aging is an approved United Way Agency.

The Mandan Golden Age Advisory Committee has scheduled the annual Club Memorial Service for Sunday, May 5th, at 7:00 p.m. The service will take place at the Mandan Senior Center, 301 15th Street NW.

A candle lighting ceremony will be held for the departed Club Members. First Lutheran Church will oversee the service. Family and friends are invited to attend this service.

The Memorial Service includes the club members who departed April 1, 2018, through December 31, 2018.

Election of officers to the Mandan Golden Age Club Board of Directors was held at the monthly Business Meeting/Birthday Party on March 27th. The following people were elected to serve a two year term:

Older Americans Act federal regulations require individuals age 60 and older to complete an annual registration in order to participate in the Congregate Meal Program, or a semi-annual registrations to participate in the Home Delivered Meals Program. Individuals are notified when their registrations need to be updated.

Nails Get your nails done on May 8th, from 10-2 p.m. at no charge. Sign-up in the office.

Rib night at the Senior Center. Ribs with sides will be served Tuesday, May 28th, at 4:30 p.m. Ribs will be available to seniors age 60 and older for a suggested contribution of $3.75 . Individuals under the age of 60 will be charged $10.00.
