Mosley Bar - ‘Another Record Sleeve’
Formed in 2015, Mosley Bar, a four piece Indie band from the North West of England, released their debut single in October 2015 receiving national airplay on BBC6 Music and also on local BBC Introducing shows. In January 2016 the band was invited to play The BBC Introducing stage in Preston for BBC Radio Lancashire. Although aged between 17 & 20 they have been described as 'a band well versed in the art of mainstream indie pop/rock but their intricately layered tracks have got an individualism that sets their sound apart, giving them an identity all of their own'. After recording 2 tracks back in August 2015 the band went back to the famous ‘The Motor Museum Studios’ in Liverpool and recorded 2 more tracks to produce their debut EP
Citing influences of Arctic Monkeys, Catfish and the
Bottlemen, Two Door Cinema Club, Circa Waves and The
Libertines the lads continue writing and performing a style
of music they love to listen to themselves.
