Most Used DS Keyboard Shortcuts

What are the DS keyboard shortcuts that you tend to use the most orfind the most useful? Are there any lesser known ones that you findextra-valuable?

I'd say I end up using most often:

"F2" for the floating fx pallette

"Z + click" for the Zoom tool (everywhere)

"X + click" for the Pan tool (everywhere)

"Z+X+click" for restore Zoom/Pan in viewers

Various combinations of "Ctrl, Shift, keypad minus, keypad plus" forZooming in and out on the timeline

"Ctrl + B" to bypass effects in trees and timelines (bless you devteam)

F12, when the focus is set on the Timeline or the DS Viewer, blowingthis section full screen. With the viewer, it helps concentrating on thepicture for all kinds of adjustments without the scaling factor (unlessyou work in higher than HD resolution, of course).

I use the tablet more than the mouse, but i use X & Z all the time,same with CTL-B, but that's about it.. the keyboard get pretty dustysome days...

Cntrl-Z?

I use Z+X the most. Hold both keys together, right-click and drag whilehovering zooms interactively, click-drag pans, and a quick single clickon the tablet resets the view.

The tablet is the only way to go. The only thing I've never figured outhow to do with the tablet is a "right click+drag" that I sometimes usewhen moving files (instead of copying) between folders.

Other ones I've been using quite a bit lately are:

"H" for finding handles when editing shapes

"B" to break the handles to move them independantly

"U" to unify the handles when needed

Well. on that topic, I can certainly encourage Ctrl-S. It saves thecurrently opened sequence AND update the autosave file. That canonly be a good thing.

I map most commonly used shortucts to the tablet side buttons andstrips.

Most often I have left and right key, space bar, CTRL+C, CTRL+V,SPACE, ?, CTRL+B

Without a doubt:

[ and ] ( and Ctrl+[ and Ctrl+] ) for slipping/moving things around..

Best. Shortcuts. EVAR!

Navigation for me gets used heavily... besides pan/zoom, I do a lot ofI and O for marking ins/outs, Shift+I and Shift+O for goto in/out, andCtrl+Shift+I/Ctrl+Shift+O for clearing ins/outs. / for 'mark selection',\ for match frame.

Some of those aren't default I don't think, but I really can't rememberanymore as I've remapped things over time.
