Installing a lift in an existing building inevitably means making compromises to fit the installation in the space available. The work frequently requires costly bespoke solutions. Motala 6000 LS offers the most compact solution on the market, making the best use of the existing space to avoid the need for a customised product and additional building works. The unobtrusive installation with its small footprint and optional glazed walls helps preserve the original character of the building.

Finishes interior designVarious interior design schemes are available to further enhance the visual appeal of the Motala 6000 LS.

Glazed shaftThe lift shaft can be glazed on all sides. This preserves the original character of the building and lets light through.

Various glazing solutions are available depending on the design of the shaft.

The metal structure of the lift shaft is powder coated using any RAL colour of the customers’s choice. Doors are available in different styles to fit in with the existing design scheme.

Patented door designThe patented internal door design completely hides the doors from view when in the open position, maximising the effective entrance width. The attractive aluminium design offers long service life and quiet operation.

Minimum disruptionThe installation time for the 6000 LS is normally just ten working days, keeping disruption and downtime to a minimum. The forces exerted by the lift are contained within the pit, with minimum effect on the rest of the building.
