Delta Stewardship Council and ACWA members reflected their thoughts on

the fifth staff draft of the Delta Plan at a council meeting Aug. 26 in

Sacramento. John Kingsbury of the Mountain Counties Water Resources

Association was one of three members of the Ag-Urban II Coalition, a broad

group of statewide water, business and agricultural interests convened by

ACWA, who raised concerns on a number of issues.
