After the successful launch in autumn 2018 Mr ICON,
the style magazine for men, will be published twice a
year from 2019 as a supplement in WELT and WELT
AM SONNTAG.
Mr ICON provides inspiration for modern men across
its 4 sections : “moodboard", “stories", “school of life"
and “shopping".
With a wide variety of topics and an innovative
design, Mr ICON positions itself as a style-conscious
companion for those men who think that lifestyle
means more than fitness, hoodies and barbecues.

It is men’s turn. The stereotypes time is over: Men with
character are required. Environmental consciousness is not
just for “softies”, a car is not “the enemy” and attitude is no
ballet exercise.
Clichés are obsolete, personality makes all the
difference. Neither sense of well-being, nor enjoying
lifestyle and transformation are a female prerogative…
All this can be experienced the men’s way.
Perhaps the “King” at the grill enjoys a facial mask later on
in the night, a CEO likes to cycle to his office, an apprentice
buys a three piece suit, all this because they wish to do so,
because they like to do so.
This is the spirit of Mr ICON’s, ICON’s brother. Come with
us and discover the adventure of being a man. Ropes and
hooks are provided and we are very much looking forward to
our next trip together!
