I. BACKGROUND

Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is a non-profit organization that works in developing countries world-wide to strengthen the organization, management,

and delivery of health services. The purpose of this RFQ is to compile Quotes from the vendors,

II. REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ)

Specifications/Statement of Work (Complete Description of Commercial Goods/Commercial Services Needed):

The quotation should be provided in sealed envelope to MSH, procurement department, before of due date and time; bids will be opened by MSH bid

opening committee, and selection will be also done by MSH Procurement committee based on criteria mentioned in the RFQ and TOR, the shortlisted

bidders will be asked to appear for a short test translation. Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.

The Vender is responsible to translate the related document from Dari and English into Pashto Language. The vendor shall provide complete accurate

translated version of the documents including formatting in Pashto to SPS responsible person, the original format of Dari and English version has to be kept in

Pashto, tax will be deducted according to the Afghanistan Tax Law.

Any goods quoted in response to this RFQ must be produced in, shipped from, and provided by a company with the nationality of a country or countries in the authorized

geographic code specified below.
