Placing Bet on SSBT

No changes on how a customer navigate the SSBT when he place bet.However: Maintaining Balance to open customer account in SSBT should not be lower than

Placing Bet via Telebet Customer can place bet through MSW website for minimum of Php500.

Note: An MSW CS-Agent will call the customer to confirm bet placed Customer can call MSW-Hotline to place bet Note: Customer’s Account should be funded before he can place bet

Payout of Winnings

Winnings from bet placed via Slipstream, SSBT and Telebet are credited to customer account.

When bet is settled, player winnings is now credited against the customer balance.

Several Options to Payout Winnings placed in Slipstream(Ticket based):

1. Choosing to cash out ticket through Slipstream, the confirmed pay out amount will be deducted from user’s account balance. (Fig.1)

2. Customer may do regular withdrawal (Over-the-counter) and has the option to choose the amount to be withdrawn.

3. If customer has the MSW payout card, he can use this to get his winnings.4. He can also request for Bank transfer5. Or he may use his winnings to place bet again via SSBT; Slipstream or telebet

Insufficient Account Balance Payout in slipstream will not be processed, in case that credited winnings

to account balance was used for any other transactions that leaves the account balance of the user with insufficient funds to process pay out.

NOTE

Note: Bets placed under the old slipstream (before the release of new version) will still

be paid out properly in the new version, but not affecting any player’s balance and

user account transaction records.

Forfeited ticket will no longer apply

Bet Liability & Stake Limits-will now apply to the individual account. It depends to what is set on Wager limitation to the user account.

CUMULATIVE Bet Stake not allowed if greater than the max. bet stake-This means if the max. bet stake is Php200,000 customer can place more than 1 Single bet in a particular selection as long as the total (cumulative) bet is not greater than Php200,000.

MSW Website-Click “My Statements”, choose “Deposit/Withdrawal” on the dropdown list

Cashiers Report Cashier to access “Cashiers Transaction Report” and not “Betting

Transactions” for reconciliation. Terminal Balance=(Cash Betting Amount) – (Payout Amount) + (Cash

In) – (Cash Out) Balance Betting Amount column should not be included during

reconciliation
