Rio de Janeiro, December 4th, 2013 MULTIPLAN EMPREENDIMENTOS

IMOBILIRIOS S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA:MULT3), informs that it inaugurated, today, the

eighth expansion of RibeiroShopping, located in the city of Ribeiro Preto, state of

So Paulo.

Expansion VIII adds 9.4 thousand m of Gross Leasable Area (GLA), contributing with

60 new stores and exclusive brands to the mall. There will be more than 30 new brands

in the city, with the best in fashion, services, culture, technology and entertainment. Of

the four anchor stores two are new in town and the other two are expansions of existing

ones which have been integrated to the mall. With expansion VIII, RibeiroShopping

now have 380 stores, of which 20 anchors and mega stores, 69.4 thousand m in GLA,

and 91.3 thousand m in Gross Commercial Area (GCA).

Multiplan delivered the first phase of its expansion master plan in November 2012,

when delivering the sixth expansion to the shopping center, with 41 new stores, in

addition to a modern deck parking with 1,250 covered parking spots. In August this

year the seventh expansion was delivered, adding 6.4 thousand m of GLA and a

spacious convention center with 3.5 thousand m, a gym, a VIP space, three

restaurants and a suspended garden with a panoramic view.

In addition to the expansions, the shopping center went through a complete overhaul

internally and externally, and included also landscaping and faades along with the

replacement of floors and replacing elevators. The master plan for the development of

RibeiroShopping envisages still the construction of high end residential buildings, a

new office tower, a residential building with services, and a high end hotel.
