Determine number of hires, and if the appropriate number of positions exist.

Submit an action to either create a new position, or modify an existing position and request to post.

If you only entered the title you will get all titles within your org. Find the position number of the position you want to copy, then click select and continue

Enter Org Code and Department Name. It is very important to ensure the Org code is entered. Please note, if the org code is not entered you will not be able to view your action.

Make sure to use the correct org suffix |Fac|, |Sta|, or |Stu|
