Controlled rotation allows the water jets to stay solid and have more impact on tree roots or obstructing objects. With a front jet offset at 15°, the Rootax cutter is its own penetrator, quickly cutting its way into solid root masses, allowing the large rear jets to cut and flush the tree roots from the pipe wall. The JD Standard nozzles have 3 x rear jet at 25° and 3 x rear at 30 °. They are used for general drain cleaning and flushing. They can be configured with a plug in the front or a forward facing jet. These nozzles are fitted with long life ceramic jets and are suitable for recyclers.

The JD Chisel Point is a penetrating tool to dislodge heavy blockages of any kind; mineral deposits, ice, mud, sand, grease, opening of roots, etc. The forward jets cut into the soft materials while the sharp chisel edges will ram kinetic energy into the blockages. These nozzles are fitted with long life ceramic jets.

The JD Grenade-Bomb nozzle has huge cleaning/flushing power due to the amount of water exiting through rear jets. It cleans the circumference of the pipe (from grease, bio film) while staying in the centre of the pipe. Pulling the nozzle back out flushes out even heavy debris, cleaning the pipe completely. With 3FLOW, flow enhancement and ceramic jet inserts, these nozzles are extremely efficient and offer the most power for your machine.

The JD Bulldozer nozzle is extremely efficient for cleaning out large deposits of sediment in large diameter pipes and box culverts. The design of the nozzle allows it to quickly scrape out debris with maximum water efficiency. Fitted with long life ceramic jets, suitable for recyclers.

The JD Ejector nozzle removes debris such as sand, mud and gravel gently from the base of pipes that are half full or full of water. Once the Ejector is submerged in water, it uses injectors to move large volumes of water for unparalleled flushing and dredging performance. Recommended operating pressure 100 to 130 bar. Maximum pressure 200 bar. Fitted with long life ceramic jets suitable for recyclers.

The Dump nozzle is a special cleaning nozzle for drainage pipes with a very high thrust force and flushing performance. Connected to a light weight hose and tuned with the appropriate water flow and pressure, this special nozzle can cover up to 400 metres. Made in Germany of hardened steel.

Bypass Plug

The SEWERQUIP Multi-Size plugs are a superior plug designed to suit a large pipe size range meaning fewer plugs are need to suit a larger range of pipes. These plugs are constructed with from Rayon-Kevlar reinforcement, high quality rubber, with superior surface paten making them the best plugs on the market, with a sure seal in any pipe. They are available as a blocking plug or a bypass plug with capacity to flow sewer through the plugs for sewer bypass or diversion, they can also be used as a test plug when air testing

Pneumatic Pillow PlugsThe SEWERQUIP pillow plugs are perfect for air testing larger pipe lines as well as elliptical pipes. They seal well in all types of material and the larger plus of 2,200mm can be easily inserted through a 600mm man hole. These plugs are made from a special rubber compound that is resistant to wear. Plugs available to suit pipes up to 3m in diameter.

Hi-Flow Bypass PlugsThe SEWERQUIP Hi-Flow bypass plugs are used to cope with large flows of sewerage for sewerage bypass and diversion. These plugs and cover a range from 100-1800mm. The centre of the plug is made from PPE hose with aluminium flanges either ends that can easily be reduced in size to adjust the flow to suit every application.

The SEWERQUIP manhole test plugs are designed for air pressure testing man holes. These plugs are relatively light and short making them easy to handle. They are also equipped with three eyelets.

The SEWERQUIP Hi-pressure plugs are reinforced with Kevlar as well as a double layer of cord fabric assuring safety while working at high pressures. They are designed to be used where the back pressure is too great for ordinary plugs.

The Lower Manhole Roller fits to our quick connect poles and protects the hose from the pipe edge in the bottom of the manhole.

The Drop Manhole Bridge is designed to “bridge that gap” from the pipe entrance in a manhole, and allow you to continue on your way. This invention connects to our Fiberglass quick connect pole system and lowers straight down into the manhole by way of its swivel base. With the included leveling rope you simply pull up and guide the bridge into the line. At this point you can lower your camera or nozzle on to the bridge and insert it forward over the drop.

The bridge plate comes 1.2m long and can be cut down to your preferred length. Made from light weight aluminum.

The Debris Grit Catcher is designed for catching grit & debris in manholes.

This tool attaches to fiberglass poles and is available in 150mm, 250mm & 600mm.
