Mutton Korma Mughlai Dish Ingredient- 1. mutton - 250 grame. 2. Onion - 2 large cut. 3. Ginger & garlic paste - 3 tsp. 4. Curd - 1/2 cup. 5. Red chilli powder - 3 tsp. 6. Whole garam masala paste - 1/2 tsp. 7. Coriander powder -2 tsp. 8. Coconut powder - 1 sp. 9. Oil - 2 big spoon. 10. Whole garam masala khads 1/2" cinamon,pinch of strand of mace, 1 bayleaf ,2 green cardamon , 1 black cardamon, 8 black pepper,3 cloves. Method- 1. Take a pan ,add 2 large spoon of oil, add bay leaf, cinamon,mace, peppers etc. 2. Add onion (half chopped) fry till golden brown. 3. Make a fine paste of onion and coconut. 4. Add mutton to frying onion and cook it till the water evaporates at least for 2 min. 5. Add onion paste and fry it. 6. Take a bowl add chilli powder coriandar powder 1/2 tea spoon of haldi or turmeric, add water make a paste. 7.After onion becomes pink add ginger and garlic paste ,salt and cook for 3-4 min. 8. Now add paste of chilli powder ,coriandar powder etc. Add 1/2 cup of sour curd ,and garam masala paste. Cook it in its own juices for 10-12 min. Add water , nutmeg powder and cook for 20-25 min.
