Didier Chalumeau, Chairman of the French Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, told that based on what he saw and learnt from MSCCP operations, he was glad to declare that social responsibility of this company is not only words but here, it is acts.

Georges Coudray, Chairman of Centre International du Credit Mutuel, France, assured MSCCP that it can count on Credit Mutuel for help to move on faster and congratulated MSCCP to have been able to expand its network to serve the needs of a growing number of its fellow countrymen. He declared “we share your project that will lead to a nationwide self sustainable network. The French Credit Mutuel is willing to help you but it can’t and won’t replace you.

We are not here to create a subsidiary of the second largest French bank. We will help you to build and strengthen your own banking and financial network, belonging to the MSCCP members and benefiting the entire population of your country”. Mr Ronelo Dumaguing, Chairman of the BOD of the MSCCP Federation, declared that MSCCP development will lead to a national institution that can bring an “economic revolution” to the Philippines. Mr Pierre Coupard, General Manager of the MSCCP Federation, thanked all the guests and acknowledged the fruits that MSCCP can harvest today: 12 branches, 10000 members, 15M Php deposit and 10M Php outstanding loans. He thanked all the MSCCP teams who has made this possible and will make possible to reach the goals that all our special guests have described above. After the ceremony, a motorcade led by a truck full of marching band started. 11 jeepneys were hired to transport the attendees from the MSCCP Bldg., to the General Assembly venue at the historical Tejeros Convention Center at Rosario, Cavite, adorned with MSCCP tarpaulins and banners.
