Self-awareness helped me to find who I am

I am a human living the human experience!

“I am like a butterfly I was waiting to pop out of my cocoon and for my metamorphoses to begin.”

My reality never was my own I had no control over what I saw, heard, smelled, or even felt. At lest I thought I didn’t but I was about to learn how wrong I was. From birth I had difficulties with learning, communicating, and understanding others. By the age of seven mental health had already diagnosed me with Schizophrenia, with mood swings. I was on heavy medications and school was a struggle. I felt no one got me or understood me I was odd and strange and everyone saw that. I knew even then I was different from other kids I asked my mom almost every day why am I so different mom? What’s wrong with me? I struggled to understand myself and why reality was so messed up. But it wasn’t reality that was messed up it was the chemicals in my brain.

The human brain is a very powerful tool, it’s capable of great things beyond anything you could imagine. Our brains work as a muscle would we need to work it to keep it stable, healthy, and strong. I use yoga and meditation, without them I would not have gotten through all of my ups and downs. It has help me to become more self aware, and aware of everything ales. I realized I am like a butterfly I was waiting to pop out of my cocoon and for my metamorphoses to begin.

I once feared everything, now everything is nothing but an experience waiting to be lived. I am hopping someday I will be able to help others in their journeys to finding who they are. To teach them how to be patient, aware, and excepting.

“My next journey will not be as heard and trifling as this one, for I have learned joy is not given it is learned.”

“Join me on the greatest journey in life.”

“Awareness is the key”
