AIESEC told me that marketing internships with mandarin in China has around 30. I was amazed with the amount of opportunity, probably the chances of me getting an internship there is higher! But I then asked myself:

A) Am I so sure I can successfully get an internship in the country I want?

This troubled me because I suddenly felt lost…

But AIESEC helped me out… on the next few pages I understand something…

AIESEC defined to me what was strong background. It is EPs who have academic background and have related work experience in marketing.

As I was look at this analysis, I asked myself:

A) I love the nice internships I want, but how competitive am I?

I think this is a question worth asking myself every time I look for an internship

Top Countries with strong B.A Participants

Now that I have seen the Business Administration analysis, I asked myself again.

A) Am I ready to compete in this market?

B) Am I better than all these young people?

I realized that I am in a very competing market. Everyone wants the same thing that I want. I asked myself, do they face the same dilemma as I am.

AIESEC told me that it is true. A lot of participants actually feel my pain.

I know I am smart and can find the right solution that other participants will never figure out in a million years!

My Opportunities

My Realizations

My Realization AIESEC has provided me with so many analyses that I have seen for the first time.

I know I have stop, think, and understand this Program more now than ever.

As I read through the 5 pages of this small newsletter, I asked myself, “What was going inside my head when I see this graphs and numbers?”

Suddenly, I tried to recall why I joined this Global Internship Program. Why did I join this program? The reason why I joined made me smile a bit, and

then after that I tried to remember what was the Programs key message.

It was not about the salary, it was not taking a holiday, nor it was about sight seeing.

What was the Program about?

AIESEC reminded me the value of the program with new words.

“Cross-Cultural Professional Development Experience”

I then became a bit more practical and straight forward to myself and asked

“How can I get the best fit match for me?”

With all these thinking, I asked myself,

“Is it time that I look into more opportunities rather than being to choosy?”

I know that there are many young people like me who are competing to get an internship. But then again I ask myself

“Why are there still so many internships available?”

I know I am smarter than the rest out there, and that I can get an internship.

I know I have to see the bigger picture
