Regional emailReadyFill (RF) Best Practices:1.) Find the ReadyFill Took Kit on Rx Net by following these steps:- Log on to Rx Net-Click "Operational Items" on the left hand side of the page-Click "Patient Care Programs" -Click "ReadyFill Support PageThis tool kit provides information on how to enroll patients, conversations to have with patients, and any questions you may have regarding the RF program.

Regional email2.) RF should always be offered during the PCI Patient Outreach Calls (PCQ calls)-PCQ calls are made every week, starting on Saturday and continuing through the following Friday. These calls can be tedious and time consuming. Your BEST TECHNICIANS should be making these calls. These calls are beneficial to your patients because it keeps them on their therapy (while also keeping your script count up)-RF should always be offered and inputted into the patient profile upon patient consent-Many people forget to enroll PCQ patients into RF. By enrolling these people in RF, it helps to decrease your amount of PCQ calls overtime. It also boosts your RF score and your prescription count!! It is an all around WIN. If you have to make these calls anyway, you may as well do it right!

Regional Email3.) There is actually a metric that measures how many people you enroll from RF from the PCQ calls:-DIRECTIONS TO FIND THE REPORTInside the MyPatient Outcomes-From the PortalGo to the Pharmacy Advisor -page 2-Under the Adherence Section-Under Tech Outreach Calls[% of eligible Rx rolled in ReadyFill]** this is the percent of eligible ReadyFill Scripts enrolled during Adherence calls.***Scripts are bascially tagged ReadyFill and Fill. Eligible scripts prompt talking points for the conversation around this key program, making it easier for techs to discuss all benefits with patients. HUGE benefit in helping to keep patient in adherence and improving outcomes.

Regional Email5.) When asking people to enroll in RF, do not use the words "Ready Fill"-Patients often are hesitant to enroll in another program. -Simply phrase RF as, "Can I have your prescription ready for you next month so that you do not have to call it in?"

Regional Email6.) Have your staff buy into RF. ReadyFill saves time for the pharmacy because prescriptions are ready at your leisure before the patient needs it.
