one of several "water towers" in Vroclav, the best-preserved and most interesting

Construction of New Notary, former name of to-day headquarters Provincial Office, already planned in 1935.
With a variety of reasons, the work started only shortly before the outbreak of World War II and have continued to 1945.
Usable area around the building is over 26 thousand m2.
PDT - monumental, seven-storey building, equipped with elevators and moving stairs, built in 1928 Berliner Commercial Company of Wertheim.

At the creation time - Hall was a unique obwith reinforced concrete roof with the largest span in the world - larger attains only a handful of steel structures. Hall is 42 m high and a dome 67 meters in diameter. The
maximum width of the interior of the Hall is 95 meters and available surface area of 14.0 thousand m2. In addition to the central hall of the building is scheduled yet 56 other facilities for exhibitions, large Foyer
around main hall, and the whole was calculated at 10 thousand people.
