Off-line programming allows changeovers to be
accomplished in seconds. So every production run

you to control solder paste deposits with preci-

volume, area coverage, height and layers of solder
paste that need to be applied for every individual
pad, component and package. If adjustments are
needed, or a customer order is revised, simply
change the print program.

To maximize uptime during every production
run, the MY500 solder paste syringe features
the ease and speed of “snap-to-machine” load-
ing. This allows you to quickly refill paste when
needed or switch from lead to lead-free solder
paste in seconds.
No tools are needed to change the solder
paste cassettes. Simply release the snap lock,
remove the old cassette and snap a new one into
place. The electronic id barcode label and cas-
sette memory makes machine settings automatic
as well. Once the paste code type is entered
in the software program, you’re ready to start
printing again.
Because the touchless Jet Printing Technol-
ogy applies no force to the PCB, no support pins
are needed. Plus, the print program automatically
aligns and adjusts to the board stretch based on
the fiducials.
In addition, the cassette calibration and tem-
perature control ensures that the proper viscosity
of solder paste can be constantly maintained –
which in turn leads to higher levels of applica-
tion accuracy.

specifications. With the MY500, you can quickly
and easily fine-tune the solder paste volume on
one or more pads to get exactly the results that

You can print large deposits very close to
small deposits. You can also print droplets on
top of each other, creating ”towers” to achieve
the thickness that’s required for each individual
component. With the MY500, the system can
automatically determine if solder paste is present
on a dot location. If not, it goes back to make
any necessary repairs.
Or, if your customer requests a revision in the
design of a board, you can prepare it for print-
ing simply by setting up a new program off-line.
If all of the components are on hand, produc-
tion can resume immediately. It’s flexibility such
as this that the MY500 provides that can quickly

The MY500 actually learns on the job. Because production parameters are automatically
set in the program, operators are free to con-
