Facilitator Application Booklet
Dear Global Plenary,
It is with great pleasure that AIESEC in Malaysia’s Member Committee officially opens applications for Facilitator and Tribal Leader of the Malaysian Leadership Development Seminar, which will be held between the 21st and the 26th of January 2016.
Our biggest conference of the term stands in an important crossroad, as it coincides with the first month of our sprint towards AIESEC 2020, the call for higher collaboration in the context of Asia-Pacific as a region, the changing of the guards in our LC’s in February, the beginning of Spring Peak, and the elections of our new MCP. This very busy agenda is fueled by a heritage of breakthroughs which enabled growth in all four Exchange programs last year and saw us take home the Electrolux Regional Excellence Award for Asia-Pacific. We therefore now stand as ambitious young leaders hoping to engage our diverse, multiethnic youth community in joining as one in building a united nation that makes 3.000 Realizations possible. This daunting task can only be ensured by developing a sense of ownership and mature leadership within our organizational culture - Transformation of our leadership culture is key in enabling the possibility to unlock our full potential and impact the context of the communities we serve. We are therefore counting on you to help us deliver on our ambition and dream. Only you can help us own our journey to transform our nation!
Best Regards, MC 15/16
